Visiting and Researching White Kidney Bean Planting Base in Yongping County, Dali Province

In September, the autumn harvest season of white kidney beans, Zhong Yu, General Manager of Tianbao Bio, together with Yunnan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, bulk sellers of white kidney beans and partners, went to Yongping County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, to inspect the growth of white kidney beans.

　　

 

At present, the main varieties of white kidney beans planted in the white kidney bean plantation in Yongping County are Brassica napus No. 1 and Brassica napus No. 2. They are new varieties of white kidney beans improved by modern biological and agricultural technology through the cooperation between Tianbao Birch Biologicals and the Grain Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which jointly screened the global high-quality germplasm samples. It has passed the expert appraisal of Yunnan Seed Management Station. The planting area of Yongping County planting base is more than 2,000 acres, with 50% each of white kidney bean No.1 and white kidney bean No.2, and a roster of 437 farmers (experienced households), and it is expected to be ready for harvesting from the end of September to the beginning of October.

 

On September 2, General Manager Zhong Yu held a seminar with Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, white kidney bean bulk sellers, Mengzi Changmeng Company and local service providers in Yongping County, sharing and discussing the cooperation process of white kidney bean raw bean procurement. Teachers from the Grain Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences carried out on-site technical guidance for the fall harvest of white kidney beans to ensure that the fall harvest of the planting bases can be carried out in an orderly and normal manner. After the symposium, a group of people came to the base of the field, field investigation of the growth of white kidney beans.
