The First Yunnan White Kidney Bean Industry Chain Open Innovation Forum

On August 15, 2022, the First Yunnan White Kidney Bean Industry Chain Open Innovation Forum and White Kidney Bean Industry New Product Launch was held in Kunming High-Tech Zone, where industry insiders from government departments, research institutes, and business organizations gathered to discuss the entrepreneurial development of Yunnan's white kidney bean industry. This forum is jointly organized by Yunnan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Yunnan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Grain Crops Research Institute, CPC Kunming Municipal Party Committee United Front Work Department, Kunming Science and Technology Bureau, Kunming Hi-Tech Zone Party Group Work Department, Kunming Hi-Tech Zone Industry and Commerce Association, Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County People's Government. During the same period of the forum, the strategic signing ceremony of the joint laboratory of Tianbao Birch Bioresources and Hangzhou Yoka Health Science and Technology was also held, and the innovative products of white kidney beans of Yunnan Baiyao Traditional Chinese Medicine Resource Company Limited and Hangzhou Yoka Health Science and Technology were released.

At present, Yunnan white kidney bean industry cluster model has begun to appear, from agricultural products to consumer goods, Yunnan white kidney bean is accelerating to pave a fast lane, realize the whole industry chain through, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading. From the original beans to extracts to consumer products, science and technology to make a small beans to achieve 600 times the value-added, scientific and technological innovation, consumer innovation, industrial aggregation is becoming a strong engine for the development of the white kidney bean industry and rural revitalization booster.
