The no-cook rice with white kidney bean extract will not destroy the flavor of the rice, and also reduce the cooking process. Simply soak the rice in warm water for 10 minutes according to the ratio, and you will get a rice with a Glycemic Index (GI) of about one-third of that of traditional rice, realizing the pleasure of enjoying rice without the burden. The product was selected as a finalist for the FFI Food Formulation Innovation Forum 2023 Innovative Works and won the first prize in the first Kunming Panlong District "Talents Gathering in Pan" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Creation Competition.
