On October 30th, "TEDxDongfengWestRd2021 Annual Conference" was held in Jinding Science Park in Kunming. With the theme of "Diversity and Coexistence", the conference inherited the consistent theme of TED, and invited speakers from various fields such as biology, culture, architecture, travel, etc. to share their life experiences and wonderful views, with hundreds of guests and listeners from all walks of life attending the conference.

Zhong Yu, General Manager of Yunnan Tianbao Birch Bio-resource Development Co., Ltd, as one of the four speakers at the conference, was also invited to participate in this high-caliber thought and culture event. After culture, art and architecture, it brought life. Starting from people's daily diet, concerned about healthy eating and scientific weight reduction, and launched a speech on "Carbohydrates we eat and our health". He categorized the carbohydrates we eat every day and explained in detail the relationship between several types of "carbohydrates" and how they affect the human body and intestinal health.
