In the afternoon of December 20, 2023, Yunnan Food Industry Association 2023 Membership Meeting and "Glorious Forty Years: Yunnan Food Industry (1982-2022)" Book Launching Conference was successfully held in the Federal Four Seasons Hotel in Kunming. More than 200 people attended the meeting, including relevant leading departments, member enterprises, experts and scholars. As an important member of Yunnan Food Industry Association, Tianbao Bio was invited to participate in this conference.

Yang Jibin, Director of the Food and Drug Industry Division of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Chai Jianbo, Director of the Health Supervision Bureau of the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission, and Wang Zehao, Director of the Consumer Goods Industry Division of the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, delivered speeches, congratulating the Association on the convening of the Annual Meeting and the successful publication of the new book, indicating that they will increase the policy support for the relevant industries and trades in the future to boost the development of the food industry, and hoping that the food industry in Yunnan Province will be able to produce more famous brands and excellent enterprises. Zhang Yunchao, president of Yunnan Food Industry Association, made a summary report of the work in 2023, reviewing the work of the association in a year as well as the outlook for the future.

Zhong Yu, President of Yunnan Food Industry Association Kidney Bean Industry Cluster Professional Committee and General Manager of Tianbao Huahua Biological, went on stage to make a summary report of the work of the committee in 2023. He introduced in detail the background and objectives of the establishment of the Specialized Committee on Kidney Bean Industry Cluster, showed the panorama of Yunnan kidney bean industry chain, and put forward the challenges and coping strategies.

Since its establishment on June 10, 2022, the Ad Hoc Committee, under the leadership and support of Yunnan Food Industry Association, and with the joint efforts of various members, including Yunnan Baiyao Group, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, various kidney bean trading enterprises, kidney bean professional cooperatives, Yunnan Tianbao Birch Biologicals and other members, has gained significant development and brought many contributions to the world kidney bean industry and Yunnan localities.

The next step of the Specialized Committee will be the innovation of pricing mechanism, so that all the links in the industry chain will have a viable future. Develop standards and grading, financial and collaborative guidance. Build an exchange and cooperation platform and information platform to promote cross-border integration and innovation. Attract and invite more upstream and downstream of the industry chain to join Yunnan Food Industry Association and the Specialized Committee on Industry Clusters. Provide in-depth analysis for the industry, decision-making basis for the government, and navigation for the industry. Through the efforts and achievements of the Specialized Committee, empower, collaborate and innovate, and create value for colleagues in the food industry. Provide consumers with healthier, tastier and more enjoyable value.

Yunnan Food Industry Association edited by the book "Glorious Forty Years: Yunnan Food Industry (1982-2022)" was successfully compiled and published with the support of many experts and teachers and related units and enterprises. The book fills the historical blank of no systematic books on food industry in Yunnan, and also lets more people understand the development history of Yunnan food industry in these years and the future development trend of the industry. As a representative of the participating enterprises, Tianbao Birch attended the book-giving ceremony on the stage and took a group photo with the experts.

This book records in detail the breakthroughs made by the Grain Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Yunnan Tianbao Birch Bioresource Development Co. Ltd. in two scientific and technological aspects, namely, the cultivation of white kidney bean germplasm, high-value-added deep-processing technology and industrialization. At the same time, Tianbao Birch Bio as a representative enterprise was also introduced in detail.
