On June 20, 2022, "Yunnan Food Industry Association Kidney Bean Industry Cluster Professional Committee Germplasm Innovation Center" was awarded at the Grain Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which will accelerate the sustainable development of the white kidney bean industry by pooling Yunnan's strengths in the research and development, application and marketing of white kidney bean extracts. At the same time, to help Yunnan high-altitude cold region white kidney bean farmers to achieve sustainable income growth, and promote rural revitalization. Leaders from Yunnan Overseas Chinese Federation, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Yunnan Food Industry Association attended the awarding ceremony.
