White Kidney Bean Extract is an α-amylase inhibitory protein, a glycoprotein that inhibits the activity of amylase, which is extracted from white kidney beans through patented technology and multiple processing steps. The alpha amylase inhibitory protein from white kidney beans binds to alpha amylase in the human body, forming a polymer, and after the alpha amylase is bound, the spatial structure of the alpha amylase is irreversibly changed, and the alpha amylase is inactivated.
